There are several stages to burnout syndrome. Sophrology can be effective from the first signs of overstress, before total exhaustion, or to rebuild after burnout and prevent relapse.
It focuses on supporting pregnancy, preparing for childbirth through sophrology, as well as the return home.
Visualizing childbirth positively, better understanding physical transformations, learning to manage pain more effectively, and establishing an inner bond with your baby are all aspects that can be supported through sophrology practice.

What to expect during a sophrology session?
Whatever the reason for a sophrology consultation, each session is unique and tailored to your needs, resources, and goals.
A session typically lasts one hour.
I first offer the possibility to share the topics or issues you'd like to address: stress management, burnout, sleep disorders, self-confidence, exams or speeches, pregnancy, relationship issues, personal projects, or events... Consultation topics are varied and unique to each individual.
We will discuss your goals, wishes, or needs for the session, as well as your general state before starting, both physically and emotionally.
After this exchange, I introduce the appropriate exercises (breathing, dynamic or gentle movements, positive visualization, concentration, tension release, positive mental programming...) guided by me, during which I remain attentive and responsive to your needs.
At the end of the session, I will provide you with easy, effective techniques tailored to your needs, which you can practice in your daily life.
It is recommended to complete between 5 and 12 sessions to achieve the best long-term results.
Regular personal practice will help you make sophrology an effective tool in your life.
