A session lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes, 45 minutes for children from 6 years old, and does not require any special clothing or preparation.
60€ per session - 45€ for a child’s session - Payment by cheque, credit card, or cash. Invoices can be provided for reimbursement according to your health insurance.
As a reminder, sophrology sessions cannot replace any ongoing medical treatment, and cannot provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions
